White Sage Smudge Sticks

Use these all-natural, ethically sourced, & sustainable white sage smudge sticks to cleanse your home, workspace, or even your business.

Each smudge stick aids in clearing, protecting, and healing, while bringing peace to any home or loved one. Sage smudge sticks are a magical way to have a fresh start in a new home, great as a housewarming or even as a thoughtful gift. 

Light your sage for about 15 to 30 seconds. Hold the flame to the tip, slowly rotate & tilt the stick in different ways to generate a nice ember. Sage naturally stops burning & goes out within a couple of seconds/ minutes. This is perfectly natural & just the nature of this sacred bundle - relight as needed. 

It's recommended to use an Abalone shell to catch ashes or hold your sage while burning (pls use caution - the shell will get hot). Abalone are products of nature with natural variations and have been traditionally used as smudge bowls for thousands of years. 

I love to say a gratitude blessing, mantra, or affirmation when smudging. It's completely a personal preference, and do what resonates. Remember, what you feel and what you believe is most important. Get creative with your blessing, or improvise a bit, or use a completely different blessing if you would like to.
